02/07/2019 AB InBev, world’s largest brewers have announced their plans to pick up The Fat Jewish’s wine brand - Babe

Josh Ostrovsky, famously known as The Fat Jewish founded Babe alongside David Cohen & Tanner Cohen (Twitteratis who run the account Babe Walker)

Babe, previously known as Swish Beverages specialises in Canned Wines. They launched their first canned wine in 2015, naming it “White Girl Rosé”.

Canned wines are becoming largely popular in the US, especially within the younger drinkers, AB InBev is making its way into the millennial drinker’s mind by diversifying their portfolio and picking up Babe.

AB InBev’s first investment was made in a New-York based wine brand last year. This february, the brewer took over San Diego based Cut Water Spirits, that offers a vast range of ready-to-drink cocktails, premium mixers, as well as whiskey, vodka, and gin.

AB InBev is also making its mark in the food industry, striking a partnership in March 2019 with Coleman Natural Food.
